The week just started with pairs showing moderate volatility. The USD recovered a bit after a heavy fall last week. The USDJPY is leading with 0.53 gains this week as the JPY loses strength. Silver remains the top gainer for the month with 7.97 performance.

General Verdict

Monday mood, however, volatility was moderate for the FX market. The USD pairs obviously moved greatly and, notably, the GBP depreciated against the EUR. The dollar index moved higher, correcting from the last weeks drop a bit.
Gold in an intraday consolidation closing near flat.
Crude oil was quite volatile with several reversals and around the intraday MA.
U.S. indices have leaned to the downside during the trading day but recovered at the end closing without much deviation from the opening price except US30.
