AMSTERDAM, April 26 Reuters CVC Capital Partners said on Friday it had set the final price for its initial public offering IPO at 14 euros 15.02 per share, at the middle of its announced range.

The company had offered shares at a price range of 13 to 15 euros, with trading due to start on Euronext Amsterdam on Friday.

The company said it would raise 22.3 billion euros from the deal, depending on whether investors used their overallotment options.

CVC39;s market value would be 14 billion euros.

The IPO in Amsterdam is likely to be one of Europe39;s biggest this year.

Europe has seen a string of companies go public recently, taking advantage of higher stock prices and improving investor sentiment.

Spanish beauty group Puig is scheduled to attempt an IPO in its home market in the coming days.
